This registration is for new players coming in for the 2018 Fall Pub League or 2018-2019 Winter Indoor League only.
Please complete the waiver prior to your first practice!
If you registered in the Spring, you do not have to register again.
Payment should be received prior to your first pub league game.
Registration Tips
1. Have your ID or DL license ready.
2. You must complete both steps to register for Pub League or indoor.
3. Each player must be registered individually.
4. In the Waiver module, you can change the last name of a minor, even though it is grayed out.
5. If you have recently moved and have not updated your driver's license, enter your current mailing address.
