As one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Coast, Virginia Beach has a wide selection of hotels, a thriving Air B&B market, and short-term vacation rentals (perfect for families or larger groups).
Airports
Norfolk International is the closest airport to the convention hotel - approximately 20 minutes ride/drive to the airport. It is a fairly busy airport (due to the large military presence and resort destination) serviced by all major airlines. If possible, we strongly recommend flying into Norfolk.
Newport News is a smaller airport approximately 1 hour (2 in rush hour traffic) from the convention hotel.
Richmond International is a 2-3 hour drive from the host hotel. If you are flying into Richmond, please account for the high likelihood of traffic on the drive down.
