REGISTRATION
Important Dates
April 30th - USGAA Player Registration deadline date. Also the deadline for USGAA club-to-club transfers.
August 1st - Registration deadline for NEW players
August 14-16, 2026 - USGAA Finals in Boston
1. Click on the Coastal Virginia GAA Registration Page, fill out the form and then make your payment.
- Select your membership type Hurling, Camogie, or Social
- Type of registration/Classification: "Resident Player Homegrown"
- If you are a returning player, your email must match the email address on your USGAA account
- If you are transferring or were registered with another Club in 2024/2025, contact the COVA Registrar
2. The Club will complete the USGAA Registration for everyone, we will be doing one bulk payment. Once the registration is complete, you will then receive an email from USGAA that will prompt you to confirm your registration.
3. Your USGAA Registration is now complete!
*PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ID INFORMATION IS CORRECT. If it does not match your ID, you may not be permitted to play in sanctioned games, including Nationals.*
Dues for the 2026 Season are as follows: Hurling $145 (Club dues + USGAA Player Fees)
Camogie $135 (Club dues + USGAA Player Fees)
Social $50
Registration Tips
1. Have your ID or DL license ready. You will be entering all your info twice.
2. You must complete the Club Registration Form and complete payment to be fully registered.
3. If registering a minor (U18), please check appropriate box.
4. In the Waiver module, you can change the last name of a minor, even though it is grayed out.
5. If you have recently moved and have not updated your driver's license, enter your current mailing address.
6. Cash/check payments should be given directly to the COVA Treasurer.
