Road to Waterford
We’re raising funds to give our hurling and camogie players the opportunity to represent our division at the GAA World Games in Waterford, Ireland this July. We are looking to raise $30,000.00 to help offset the cost of travel, equipment, and tournament costs. Your donation will help ensure that we are able to show up ready to play!

The World Games bring together clubs from across the globe. As a volunteer-run, amateur club, we rely on community support to cover the costs of travel, registration, and equipment.
The World Games: Why We’re Going
Why the World Games Matter
The GAA World Games bring together hurling and camogie teams from around the world to compete at the highest level of international club competition. In 2026, the World Games will be hosted in Waterford, Ireland—at the heart of Gaelic games.
Why Support Is Needed
Unlike professional or fully funded programs, many of the costs of participation are covered by our players. Community fundraising helps offset those expenses and ensures both teams can travel, compete, and represent our division with pride.
What's in it for Us
Together with clubs across our division, we have earned the opportunity to send one hurling team and one camogie team to compete at the World Games. For amateur, volunteer-run clubs, this represents a significant milestone and a chance to showcase the growth of our games and our community on a global stage.
What's in it for You
Your support helps amateur athletes represent our division on an international stage while strengthening the future of hurling and camogie in our community. Every donation directly reduces player costs and supports participation, growth, and visibility for Gaelic games at all levels.
Where Your Support Goes
Every dollar raised helps cover the core costs of sending both a hurling team and a camogie team to the 2026 World Games in Waterford, Ireland.
Our fundraising goal of $30,000 covers:
All funds raised will be used exclusively to support the teams’ participation in the 2026 World Games with any excess funds being directed toward future travel and player development.
Your Donation in Action
Every contribution helps reduce the cost of participation and ensures both teams can represent our division with pride at the 2026 World Games.

Meet the Teams
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
In 2026, our club will send both a hurling team and a camogie team to represent our division at the World Games in Waterford.

Hurling
Our hurling team is made up of committed amateur players who train, compete, and volunteer within our local GAA community. Many began playing later in life, balancing families, careers, and club responsibilities while helping grow the game in our region.

Camogie
Our camogie team is made up of dedicated players who train, compete, and support the continued growth of women’s Gaelic Games within our division. Through commitment and teamwork, they have built a competitive and supportive team culture while helping grow the sport in our region.
Community support makes it possible for both teams to take the field in 2026.
